Terms of Service
Last updated: July 16, 2026
WDW Guides is operated by Explorer Guides LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company, doing business as WDW Guides ("WDW Guides," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WDW Guides website and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Independent Service Disclaimer
WDW Guides is an independent trip planning service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Walt Disney World, The Walt Disney Company, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. Walt Disney World® is a registered trademark of The Walt Disney Company. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners.
2. Service Description
WDW Guides provides trip planning tools and guidance to help you organize your Walt Disney World vacation. Our services include itinerary planning, dining reservation tracking, Lightning Lane strategy suggestions, and other planning features.
Our service provides planning guidance and recommendations only. We do not guarantee availability of reservations, attractions, dining locations, or any specific experiences at Walt Disney World. We do not sell tickets, make reservations on your behalf, or act as a travel agent.
3. Beta Service
WDW Guides is currently offered as a beta service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. During the beta period:
- features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without notice;
- the service may be interrupted, unavailable, or contain errors — we work to keep your trip data safe but cannot guarantee against loss, and we encourage you to keep independent records of critical reservations (such as dining confirmations made directly with Disney);
- beta access is free of charge, granted at our discretion, and may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time; participation does not guarantee continued access after the beta ends;
- feedback you submit may be used to improve the service without obligation or compensation to you.
4. Limitation of Liability
Walt Disney World policies, pricing, hours, attraction availability, and other park details change frequently and without notice. While we strive to keep our information current, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through our service.
WDW Guides shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to:
- Changes to park policies, hours, pricing, or availability after you have made plans
- Inaccurate or outdated information provided through our tools
- Missed reservations or booking windows
- Any decisions made based on our recommendations
We strongly encourage all users to verify important details directly with Walt Disney World or official Disney sources before finalizing any plans or making purchases.
5. User Accounts
To use WDW Guides, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and each account is intended for use by an adult account holder.
When you enter information about other people in your travel party — including any minors traveling with you — you represent that you have the authority or consent to provide that information, and that you are providing it for trip-planning purposes on their behalf.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in a manner that could harm the service or other users.
6. User Data and Privacy
We collect and use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using WDW Guides, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with that policy.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
WDW Guides is currently offered free of charge while in beta, and we do not collect payment information during the beta period.
We may introduce paid subscription tiers after the beta, with reasonable advance notice. If we do, continued use of any paid features will require choosing a paid plan (or a free tier, if one is offered at that time). We will not charge you unless you have selected a paid plan.
If and when paid plans are introduced:
- You may cancel at any time by contacting us at hello@wdwguides.com; self-service cancellation through account settings will be available when paid plans launch.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact us at hello@wdwguides.com.
- We reserve the right to set and change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual Property
Your data belongs to you. All trip plans, itineraries, and personal data you create through WDW Guides remain your property. You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings, and request a copy of your data by emailing hello@wdwguides.com, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The WDW Guides service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by WDW Guides and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our service.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, using automated systems to scrape or overload the service, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of WDW Guides after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
